SitePatrol ("we", "us", "our") operates a directory connecting buyers of site security services with security providers across the United Kingdom. By using our website at sitepatrol.co.uk you agree to these terms.

2. Using Our Service

SitePatrol is free to search. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any provider listed. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any provider found through our platform.

3. Provider Listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information including company details, accreditations, service areas, and contact details. SitePatrol does not independently verify all claims made by listed providers.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Premium and Exclusive listings are subscription services billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on SitePatrol is owned by us. Provider logos and company names remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

SitePatrol is a directory service. We are not a party to any contract between buyers and providers. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided through our platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SitePatrol after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
