Getting Listed
How do I list my security company?
Go to the 'List Your Company' page, fill in your details (company name, services, counties, accreditations), and submit. Your listing is reviewed and goes live within 24 hours. It's completely free to start.
What information do I need to provide?
Company name, contact email, phone number, the counties you operate in, the security services you offer (manned guarding, CCTV, patrols, etc), and any accreditations (SIA, CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor).
How do I manage my listing?
Log in to your provider dashboard at /dashboard/login. From there you can update your services, counties, accreditations, and view any leads you've received.
Leads & Enquiries
How do leads work?
When a project manager submits a quote request, we match it to relevant providers based on service type and county. You receive an email notification with the enquiry details.
Why are contact details locked on my leads?
Free listings can see that a lead has come in, but buyer contact details (name, company, email) are locked. Upgrade to Premium (£59/mo) to unlock full contact details and reply directly to every lead.
How quickly will I receive leads?
Leads are forwarded to matched providers in real-time as soon as a buyer submits a quote request. The more counties and services you cover, the more leads you'll receive.

How much does it cost?
Free: Basic directory listing with locked leads. Premium (£59/mo): Full contact details on every lead, priority search placement, lead history dashboard. Exclusive (£149/mo): Regional exclusivity, dedicated account manager, sponsored county placement.
What is the Security Partner Bundle?
If you also recruit security staff, the bundle gives you SitePatrol Premium + SecurityJobsUK Agency Starter for £129/mo — saving £348/year vs buying each separately. One subscription covers both sites.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations are processed at the end of your billing cycle with no lock-in or cancellation fees.
What is Regional Exclusivity?
Exclusive partners are the only listed provider for a given service in a county or region. Your listing appears at the top of results and no direct competitor is listed alongside you in that area.
Accreditations & Services
What accreditations do you display?
We display SIA Licensed, CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, NSI, and ISO 9001 badges on your profile and in search results. Add them during registration or update them in your dashboard.
What service types are covered?
Manned Guarding, CCTV Hire, Remote Monitoring, Perimeter Intrusion Detection (PID), Mobile Patrols, Key Holding, Access Control, Dog Handlers, and Security Lighting.
What areas do you cover?
We cover 60+ counties across England, Scotland, and Wales. Buyers search by county to find local providers, so make sure you list all the areas you operate in.
